GRuB (garden-raised bounty) would like to connect with and appreciate our local veteran and active duty military community members, so that together we can build on the legacy left by Vietnam Veteran Dan Barker, founder of the Home Gardening Project, by coming together for an evening of great food, people, & community.

Veterans and Military personnel:  Are you looking for an opportunity to establish roots in this community?  Would you like to showcase your skills and attributes by participating in direct community engagement and empowerment? Are you interested in getting your hands dirty with amazing folks who are mission-focused and driven to deliver positive results? We’d love to connect with you to hear your stories & passions, and to share our work with you as we strive to enhance the lives of low income families in our area.

Event sponsorships at $250 are being sought; smaller contributions are also welcome!  For more information on the event, to include sponsorships, please call Mark at 360-753-5522 or click here to send him an email.
