Establishing the South Sound Military & Communities
Partnership was the first initiative that came from the JBLM Growth Coordination Plan.
Designed in response to the variety of groups - local, regional, federal - that all have a hand in supporting continued growth service members at JBLM, the Partnership exists to facilitate regional communication and planning for hundreds of different military-related organizations and agencies. All Community-related matters will be filtered through the Steering Committee so they can be referred to the appropriate partner for planning and implementation.
The Steering Committee is made up of public officials and leaders who were active throughout the JBLM Growth Coordination Planning process.
